Antique Serving Fork with Bakelite Handle

This beautiful fork features a lovely design on the fork, and a bone handle.

  • Antique stainless steel serving fork with bakelite handle.
  • Hallmark reads 'Firth Staybrite'.
  • Firth Staybrite is a trade name given to 18/8 stainless steel, and was discovered by Thomas Firth of Sheffield, England. The knives and forks have dark cream coloured bakelite handles, as was the fashion in the 1940s and 50s, and their blades are made from stainless steel.
  • Please do not put in the dishwasher and dry immediately after washing.
  • 8.25" long.
