As of Monday September 20th, Plum will be adhering to the following mandatory restrictions as set by the Government of Alberta: in store capacity restricted to 1/3 fire code occupancy, and attendees must be with household members only, or two close contacts if they live alone. Masking and social distancing measures are still in effect.
We respectfully ask that you do not shop with us in person at this time if you are not vaccinated. The Plum team is fully vaccinated, and are doing our best to protect our safety and the safety of our customers, while serving them to the best of our ability.

Our online store is always open. Curb-side pickup and various shipping methods are available for online orders, should you choose not to shop in person at this time.
Local Courier is available for orders being delivered within Edmonton, Sherwood Park, or St. Albert. It is a flat rate of $20, or free for orders over $150.
All regular items are shipped world-wide using Canada Post. We are not responsible for replacing lost items unless the item has a tracking number. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased, and are determined by Canada Post. For any international shipments, duty is to be taken care of by the purchaser.
Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?
We are located in the heritage neighbourhood of Oliver in Edmonton, Alberta. You can absolutely pick your online order up in store. Please wait for an email confirming the order is ready for pick up. Bring your receipt with you and please have identification. Freight items cannot be picked up in store unless otherwise specified.
When will my order arrive?
The shipping/transit time varies depending on where the order is being shipped. Please see our shipping page to see approximate shipping timelines that have been given to us by our shipping carriers.
Do you do rush orders?
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. That said if you need something extra fast please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your refund policy?
Though we hope you are very happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are unhappy please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date provided they are in original condition, with original packaging and are accompanied by the receipt. All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment. Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you have any questions about your return or exchange, such as eligible date of return, please call us at 780-488-7586 and we will be happy to assist you!
We will happily refund the purchase price on the same manner by which you paid.
Shipping costs are only refunded if there was an error in your shipment or if the items arrived damaged.
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to ask for photos of damaged items.

Large or very heavy items must be shipped with our freight carrier. Freight is door-to-door, it is not a "white glove" service.
