• Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area. It may feel slightly oily at first, but will absorb quickly. Works best when applied to legs, back of neck, and torso. Apply to clean skin, without lotions or creams. Allow 30 minutes for absorbtion. 

• Carefully avoid eyes and mouth.

• Keep in a cool, dry place. All products are made with natural ingredients and do not last as long as store bought products. We encourage a shelf life of 6 months.

• You may experience a tingling sensation on the first few applications. This should subside after a few uses.
