The Countryman Cheese Knife Set includes the three most popular cheese knives: a cleaver, cheese knife, and petite spreader. This set features stainless steel blades with a brushed gold finish, accented by wood handles. The wood handles are hand-carved and polished by traditional artisans. Each knife is it's own piece of art. The unique variations speak to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

Set of 3 includes each of the following:

Cleaver 8" x 1.5": Ideal for cutting semi-hard to hard cheeses such as cheddar, gruyere and fontina.

Cheese Knife 8.75" x 0.75": A great multi-purpose tool, with a narrow blade for soft cheeses and a pronged end for plating and serving.

Petite Spreader 6.5" x 0.75": The dull blade of the spreaders makes them perfect for spreading creamy, spreadable cheeses onto crackers or bread.

• Apply wood oil to the handles when necessary.
