Plum Home Return Policy
- The following items are final sale: seasonal items such as holiday decor, books, food, skincare, haircare and accessories, sale items and custom items. These items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items can be refunded to the original form of payment for 2 weeks from the order date, provided they are original condition. Past the 2 weeks, items can be exchanged following our exchange policy below. This policy excludes final sale items.
- Gifts can be brought back for exchange or store credit only, through January 9th. This will be noted on all gift receipts. No exceptions past this date. This policy excludes final sale items.
All pillows and blankets must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
Plum Home reserves the right to refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit, please track your order.

Online Returns and Exchanges
Follow these steps to return or exchange your purchase:
1. Email email@example.com, we will assess the return and send you the necessary details to proceed.
2. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging, with your invoice.

Please note, Plum Home is not responsible for return shipping costs unless specified below. Please track your shipped package, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen while in transit.
If you receive an incorrect item, your purchase and shipping cost will be refunded. The return shipping cost will be refunded, if the return is a result of our error.
Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
If you notice any problems with your purchase after it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may request photos of the damage to best assess the situation.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
