Plum Home Return Policy

The following items are final sale: food, books, skincare, haircare and accessories, sale items, Sunday Special items, custom items, and seasonal items such as holiday decor. These items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items can be returned and refunded to the original form of payment within 2 weeks of the original purchase date, provided they are original condition. This policy excludes final sale items.

Items with a gift receipt can be brought back for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of the original purchase date. This will be noted on all gift receipts. No exceptions past this date. This policy excludes final sale items.

    All pillows and blankets must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

    Though we hope you are very happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are unhappy please contact store@plumhome.ca within 3 days of receiving your online order. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date provided they are in original condition, with original packaging and are accompanied by the receipt. All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment. Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you have any questions about your return or exchange, such as eligible date of return, please call us at 780-488-7586 and we will be happy to assist you!
     

    Plum Home reserves the right to refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

    We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit, please track your order.

    Online Returns and Exchanges

    Follow these steps to return or exchange your purchase:

    1. Email store@plumhome.ca upon receiving your order, we will assess the return and send you the necessary details to proceed. 

    2. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging, with your invoice.

    Please note, Plum Home is not responsible for return shipping costs unless specified below. Please track your shipped package, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen while in transit. 

    Incorrect Item

    If you receive an incorrect item, your purchase and shipping cost will be refunded. The return shipping cost will be refunded, if the return is a result of our error.

    Damaged Items and Shortage Claims

    If you notice any problems with your purchase after it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at store@plumhome.ca. We may request photos of the damage to best assess the situation. 

    Online Refunds

    We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

    If you would like to return an item shipped via our freight provider please contact us via email at store@plumhome.ca to make arrangements.
