We ship internationally and shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel. However, freight items only ship within Canada.
I LIVE IN EDMONTON, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
You can absolutely pick your online order up in store. Please wait for an email confirming the order is ready for pick up. Bring your receipt with you and please have identification.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The shipping/transit time varies depending on where the order is being shipped. Please see below or contact us for shipping time.
Please not that we only ship items during regular business days, and do not ship out on weekends or Statutory Holidays.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. That said if you need something extra fast please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Transit Times
This is the time that your parcel will take to get to you. These timelines are for regular post, which are the base cost for shipping. If you picked faster shipping methods at the checkout, your turnaround time will be faster. These timelines are obtained by CanadaPost.ca.

Please note, the shipping methods Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel, and Xpresspost include tracking and liability coverage up to $100. If you choose not to select these shipment methods, Plum is not responsible for packages that cannot be tracked, or for any amount of liability coverage. If you purchase an item over $200, we will contact you to offer additional liability coverage. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
