A day in the life…

As a Plum Home Sales Associate, you are both the first and last impression for our guests. You create memorable experiences and meaningful relationships through thoughtful customer service and strong brand leadership.

You are the model of Plum’s core values. You take the time to build relationships with your clientele and team members through meaningful conversation and excellent communication.

You exceed the customer’s expectations with thorough product knowledge and suggestion. You ensure the shop is looking its best and running in a profitable manner, while staying current on product knowledge, store inventory, policies and promotions. 

You believe there is no job too big or too small, and value Plum as a collaborative space. Whether it’s cleaning up a mess, or going the extra mile to brighten someone’s day, you are eager to contribute and make a positive difference. 

Please note that weekend availability is essential.

Everyone on the retail team must be able to spend the day on their feet and lift up to 30 pounds.
